What if I have not received my order?
Here is what to do if your delivery is past due or you think it might have been lost in the mail:
- Login to your Organica account to track and confirm your delivery
- Check with family members, roommates or neighbors who may have accepted your package if you were unavailable at the time of delivery
- Check to see if the USPS carrier left a notice indicating when and where you can pickup your package
- Check if the delivery carrier placed your package out of plain view
- International customers note: shipments may take longer to arrive than estimated due to customs inspection in your country
Let us know right away if you think your order has been lost in the mail. We will make sure we find your shipment or mail you a replacement if it is lost at no additional charge.

We will issue an instant refund to your payment method on file if we successfully stop your shipment from leaving our warehouse. In the event your order has already shipped, you will need to wait until your merchandise is delivered before returning it back to us and receiving your refund.
